Deceased Estate

"My father passed away suddenly in May 2012 and left a house in Hermanus, Western Cape full of paperwork, precious items and furniture. Living and working in Johannesburg I had no time to take off work to start sorting through the paperwork and clearing the non precious items. I was so pleased to find "Clutter Control", who offered me the service I needed!



"Clutter Control" not only found my fathers car licence papers, deeds to the house and all my Mum's beautiful Jewelry and nostalgic pieces but they also gave me back some cash from a sale they held in the estate!



The entire house was packed up and sorted out and cleared in 5 days. Hospice was organised to take away old clothes etc and the rest of the items were left in the house neatly so I can now rent it out as furnished home, with space for living!"
